Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use Toydrobe and what to expect from us. By using Toydrobe, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Who we are
Toydrobe is the trading name of Pomelo Labs Ltd. Our registered address is 7 Parker Cl, St Neots, UK, PE19 2HH.

What Toydrobe is
Toydrobe is a digital toy management app designed for parents and carers. It helps you:
• organise toys
• rotate what's in use
• understand what's being played with
• make decluttering easier
Toydrobe is a planning and organisation tool. It does not provide parenting, educational, medical, or financial advice.
Who can use Toydrobe
You must be 18 or over to create an account.
Toydrobe accounts are created and managed by parents or carers.
Children do not create accounts and do not use the app independently.
You’re responsible for making sure any information you add to Toydrobe is accurate and appropriate.
Your account
When you create an account, you agree to:
• provide accurate information
• keep your login details secure
• let us know if you believe your account has been compromised
You’re responsible for activity that happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.
Subscriptions and payments
Free and paid features
Toydrobe is free to download and offers both free and paid features. Paid features are available by purchasing a subscription to Toydrobe Premium in the app store.
Details of pricing, billing periods, and features are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Payments
Payments are handled by:
Apple App Store (iOS)
Google Play Store (Android)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlement access.
We do not store your full payment details.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings. If you cancel
• you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period
• no partial refunds are issued unless required by law or by the app store’s policies
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not Toydrobe.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• misuse or interfere with Toydrobe
• attempt to access other users’ data
• upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• reverse engineer or copy the app
• upload photos or images of that contain faces or personally identifiable information
• use Toydrove in a way that breaks the law
We may suspend or terminate access if Toydrobe is used in a way that causes harm or abuses our terms of service.
Content you add
You retain ownership of content you add to Toydrobe (such as toy names, notes, or photos). By using Toydrobe, you give us permission to:
• store and process that content
• display it back to you in the app
• use it to provide Toydrobe features
We don’t claim ownership of your content, we don't view it in the backend of the app and we don’t use it for advertising.
Children's information
Toydrobe is designed for parents and carers. If you add information about a child:
• you confirm you’re authorised to provide it
• you remain responsible for that information
• you can edit or delete it at any time
Toydrobe does not market to children or allow children to create accounts.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Toydrobe available and working well, but we can’t guarantee:
• uninterrupted access
• that the app will always be error-free
• that all features will remain unchanged forever
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue features to improve the service or comply with legal requirements. If you find a bug in the app, please send a screenshot and a description of the error to support@toydrobe.com.
Intellectual property
Toydrobe, including its name, design, logo, and software, belongs to Pomelo Labs Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of Toydrobe without our permission.
Liability
We do our best to provide a reliable service, but Toydrobe is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law:
• we’re not responsible for losses caused by your use of Toydrobe
• we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Toydrobe is a planning tool, and decisions you make using it are your responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it can’t legally be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using Toydrobe at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if:
• these terms are breached
• the service is misused
• required by law
After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains:
• what data we collect
•how we use it
• your data rights
Using Toydrobe also means agreeing to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we’ll let you know through the app or by email. Continued use of Toydrobe means you accept the updated terms.
